It was love at first sight at for HKD4700 or $600 US I had to have it. I toted this golden brown honey (actual color is called Brandy) through the airport right into first class where it belongs on my way back to the US of A! I reached down for my "honey" to get some airborne and what happened?! THE HANDLE CAME UNLOSE!!!! WTH???!!! Long story short I took my investment back to the corporate office upon return to HK where I was told sine I bought it on discount u would have to pay for the repairs myself. After A LOT of arguing and being told that perhaps I was carrying too much in the bag I left it with them to attempt to repair it. I was spoof disappointed in the way the whole matter was handled that I and my co-workers have sworn off Dior. In the end, they fixed the bag, but seeing as though I purchased it less than 10 days prior and I was soo embarassed when it broke, I do not fond the brand up to par. I have pictures of the bag if anyone is interested in seeing the fiasco. In summary, I love the bag...LOVE LOVE LOVE it. But i was in utter disbelief when it broke and then again at how I was treated at the CORPORATE office! Souch for treatin your Friends and Family better than your enemies...
