Chloe Heloise Bowler Bag
So, we’re all familiar with the Chloe Heloise bag. It’s been out for a few seasons now, and interest in it may have died down a bit, although it is, by all accounts, a beautiful and functional bag with a bit of a funky edge (something that Chloe does well). Something that Chloe also does well – milk an ‘it’ bag for all it’s worth (hey, not that I can blame them)! So now, we have yet another incarnation of the Heloise bag: the New Chloe Heloise Bowler. I little shorter, a little squater, and a little wider than the original, it still has all the elements that tell everyone “Hey, y’all, I’m a Chloe!” The straps and finish of the bag remain largely the same, but I’m not complaining: I thought it was beautiful when it first appeared on the market, and why tinker too much with something that you did right the first time? What caught my eye about this bag in particular is the color: cobalt blue is supposed to be THE color next season, and getting such a vivid shade in the thick, buttery leather for which Chloe is famous must be rather difficult. They pull it off with aplomb, however; the color is even, bright, and true blue. Buy through Saks for $2030.
The color is stunning! However, my arm aches just looking at it. I wish Chloe made lighter bags.
Too complicated for my taste. I just don´t like Chloe bags. They are always too much,too busy,baggy and fussy. The NEW color is too blue in my opinion.
That’s actually what I like the most…the richness of the blue.
I like the blue color; however, I don’t know how much it weight as an empty bag. Is this heavy?
Personally, I am getting a little tired of all the bright handbags. I find I don’t carry them as much as my more muted colors. I like to look at them, tho…
I’m in love. I think this is pretty close to the perfect bag. I love it.
Love the color, hate the design

the color is amazing, but i don’t like the style of the bag itself. the leather looks thick and luscious though.

wow…..just got this great brilliant blue bag 2 days ago….its sooo great…….and much lighter than my other Chloes………I was soo ready for a lighter bag!!!! Chloe outdid themselves………..the colors this season are to die forrrrrrrrrrrrr

I love this bag. My mom has this bag and it is more beautiful in person. The color is bright and saturated. I’m a big fan of the Heloise, though. I love the funky vibe and those braided handles.
I have this bag in black. It is a great everyday bag but it is a tad heavy. The blue is gorgeous. Not sure it would match with much in my wardrobe but it is nice to have something different if money is no object!
