After my summer in NYC I realized one of the flagships of my shopping life was missing: Target. Target is a place for everything, ranging from toothbrushes to DVDs to toilet paper to TV’s. The hustle bustle island of Manhattan does not have a Target. Hard to believe right? Last Holiday season Target did however make a presence to the Manhattanites on a boat located at Chelsea Piers. This traveling boat was a hit indeed. Yet the Minneapolis based corporation is known by many and used by even more. This week NYC is flooded with designers and celebs for Fashion Week like Sarah Michelle Gellar. Gellar opted to carry a chic and stylish Target bag rather than a high end designer bag- so as not to make any of the designers argue over whose bag she would wear… right 😉
