Let’s get her behind the barely-legit jail for the barely enough 23 days before she somehow manages to get the sentence reduced further.

Pssh! I agree with you all the way. You know that if one of us got a DUI more than once, we would be arrested immediately. She gets the privilege of not only getting her sentence shortened but “show up” to jail several weeks later. They should make her attend MADD meetings for a while.
actually…she only got 1 DUI. she drove on a suspended license which is why she is going to jail.

Paris Hilton will not appeal against the judge’s decision to send her back to jail for the remainder of her 45 day sentence.
In a statement issued through her legal team yesterday, Paris said: “Today I told my attorneys not to appeal the judge’s decision. While I greatly appreciate the Sheriff’s concern for my health and welfare, after meeting with doctors I intend to serve my time as ordered by the judge.”
