Katie Holmes Style: Chloe Paraty Bag
Katie Holmes dresses older than her age, is married to a questionable man at times, but she has a knack for fashion. And her latest handbag that has made it onto our obsession list is the Chloe Paraty Bag in black python. This bag is not available in stores yet, but of course it has been seen with Katie all over town. And why wouldn’t we obsess over it? It is casual, exotic, and perfect urban chic style. That has my name written all over it. And while this bag may be available in leather versions, it is this exact python version that I am lusting for. Of course I will have to go see it in stores once it arrives, but my hope is that this Chloe bag does not disappoint. I love this bag! A lot of the AW 08 Chloe bags are out already, but it seems this style will be part of the last releases. It certainly seems as if Chloe is trying to drum up a lot of buzz for this particular style.

I don’t think that Katie’s style is “too old for her age”. At least she has everything covered up, which is more than other stars her age can manage to clothe. And I love that bag!

I like her style most of the time. And I totally agree with Jennifer concerning her being covered up. Better to be critizised for dressing too conservative or old than for “letting it all hang out”.

I saw this bag in the window of the Chloe shop when I was at So Coast in Orange Co. last month. It was so gorgeous, I loved the terra cotta color. I asked how much the smallest size was - $1995 - it comes in 2 larger sizes too.
At that time I didn’t know it was an “it” bag with the celebrities.
