The colors are not good at all! I want to find the genius who can have a great outfit to make this bag look good. It is beautifully crafted but with bad colors.

I was instantly drawn to the bag but I really can’t see it being a timeless accessory. Being Bottega Veneta, it goes for a pretty penny which is something to consider. Also, I love the color combination.

This bag also gives me a headache. The center, where the stripes come together, make my eyes jiggle around in my head. Seriously though, this style is a total miss for BV. One silver lining: it does show off the colors we can expect to see in upcoming, and attractive bags.

I feel like this is one of those bags where in a picture it is heinous (like the one above) and in person it might actually be a beautiful peace of fashion art. However, I do not think I would ever carry this bag, even if the sixty’s were back. Bottega should stick to their timeless classic lines and shapes.

When i first laid eyes on this bag, i didn’t even look at the brand and i already made a “ick” face at my computer screen. The second thought that came to my mind… the lines aren’t straight which makes it look cheap like a knock off, and then i looked down to see which brand… BV?!!?!? That shocked me, and then i’m thinking BIG price tag, for a not so pretty bag

Another ugly bag from BV this season — the misaligned stripes are unacceptable. A pretty ugly labyrinth-looking bag was featured on bagsnob also. Someone in the design team at BV is about to get fired.

I am so with you on the stripes lining up. This bag reminds me of Missoni knits, and I like that, but the fact that the stripes don’t align just bothers me. But then I’m the kind of person who spends 5 minutes every day making sure all my perfume bottles are equidistant, symmetrically arranged and perfectly lined up.
