Said to be released next season, Balenciaga will launch a line of dog leashes and collars to join the group of luxury pet accessories. We have seen animal geared luxury items from the likes of Louis Vuitton and Gucci previously, but now you can add Balenciaga to the mix.
Balenciaga’s creative director, Nicolas Ghesquiere, was inspired to create this line because of his new chocolate Labrador pup, Fred. Available in bright colors such as neon pink, orange, yellow, and green, these collars and leashes will be pure eye-catching fashion statements. The price is rather hefty at $275-$295 (since many of us spend around $25 for a collar/leash), but the right Balenciaga fan will love to treat their pet.
