Darn, I missed the sample sale again! I signed on for their mailing list on their website, but didn’t get any announcement about the sale. How did you get the announcement?
I, too, am a handbag whore. I get online everyday to see what’s new and who has the best of the best. Well, this summer I have been watching Rebecca Minkoff for the Nikki bag in Iris. I had phoned her office in NYC where I work and they informed me they would be getting some in very soon. Well, I looked on Luna Boston and found they had one with an estimated shipping date of 8/31/08. I ordered it and waited. But being the impatient person I am I logged onto RM’s site and found it. In the meantime the great gals at RM phoned me to let me know it was on their website for sale that morning (which being the handbag whore that I am, I found). I cancelled Luna Boston and bought it right from the Rebecca Minkoff sight. I got it 3 days ago and think it’s the greatest thing, next to my Morning After bag. All I can say is, “Rebecca keep them coming” because you are a wonderful designer and I am a lifelong customer.
Do you know of any handbag sample sales in NYC on Nov 13 0r 14, 2009????
