We all have a bag from a few season back that we think of fondly and wish we had bought when we had the chance. Mine’s a pink and lime printed shoulder bag from Marc Jacobs Spring 2009, and I still look for it on eBay every couple months, in hopes that one will be there at a reasonable price to satisfy all of my years-old bag urges.

By now, you know the drill. Are any of you major Smash fans? I was skeptical of yet another music-centric TV show, but I started watching and fell in love. There is a great plot filled with drama and intrigue happening on top of fantastic voices, one of them which belongs to the talented Megan Hilty. I started off the show thinking that I would really be against the blond bombshell, simply for the fact that she is a little bit of a mean girl in the beginning, but her character has grown on me and in interviews (aka real life), Hilty seems completely down to Earth.

Of all the things I miss about home now that I live in New York City, being able to shop at Nordstrom is one of the biggest. Manhattan has its own Nordstrom flagship coming in 2018, but obviously that’s far too long for me to wait for my Nordstrom fix, particularly since the much-anticipated Nordstrom Anniversary Sale just launched moments ago.

We said recently that most of the season’s best sales had come to an end, but as it turns out, we were wrong.
