As seasoned online shoppers know, Net-a-Porter’s legendary seasonal sales come in two waves – first, customers in North and South America shop the markdowns on the inventory from their side of the world, and later, customers in Europe, Asia, Australia and parts of Africa get to shop markdowns on their merchandise. The Net-a-Porter American Sale is still going on if you’re in the Western Hemisphere, but the NAP sale for the other half of the world just launched this morning!

The time for online gift shopping has more or less wound down, but that doesn’t mean it’s time to stop thinking about ways to treat yourself. After all, you deserve a little something for buying, wrapping, cooking and playing host to relatives that may or may not be the most insufferable people on the face of the planet. And if you don’t actually have to do any of that this year, well…count yourself lucky and reward yourself for some other noble feat you’ve accomplished.

At this point in the retail season, it’s tempting to convince yourselves that the fabulous sales will never end and the next discount is just a fortuitous click away. Don’t be fooled – the lower prices are liable to disappear just as quickly as they landed, and with them, so too will disappear your opportunity to expand your wardrobe for a reasonable price.

Normally we reserve our posts about great bag deals for Fridays, but during this time of year, there’s too many great bargains to be had to relegate them all to a single day of the week. This week has been rife with mind-boggling-ly (is that a word?) good sales, but the handbag selection at Neiman Marcus Designer Sale is particularly killer. This past week has been filled with sales and they just keep getting better. We’re major Barneys fans, and the Barneys Sale is simply amazing. It started yesterday, and while some amazing items are selling out (cough cough I might have bought something for myself), tons of items still remain. I had the opposite of a hard time finding items to share with you guys – there are so many it was hard to narrow it down.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday may have passed, but there are still plenty of deals to be had on the Internet. One of my favorite websites, THE OUTNET, is in a state of constant great deals, and I never forget to check and see what’s arrived. With updates galore, you have to check often to see if you can nab a great deal.
