Takashi Murakami stikes again in full force. After creating the Monogram Cerises line along with Marc Jacobs, his creative talent gave birth to the new Monogram Panda line of bags and accessories. Don’t be fooled, this series is not new. Murakami released limited editions of monogram bags with Pandas and other characters a few years ago. However, the limited eds were only available in Japan. The line then included a variety of bags featuring the Panda, including the round coin pouch, agenda, billfold, the vavin and others.

To me, the Panda looks a little freakish. Not to mention, it might be cute on a different backdrop, but on the classic monogram…? More than questionable. But as long as it sells and the Vuitton fanbase is not revolting, Murakami must be doing something right. As about only online store, ELuxury sells the pictured Panda keychain for $140.

This has got to be the funniest thing I have seen in my short life as PB Helmsman. Being bored off my mind, I decided to randomly browse through a few designer fashion shops and stumbled upon the Loop Tampon Cases. It wouldn’t be as damned funny if it wasn’t for prints like “Rags To Bitches“, “Raise The Red Flag” and “A River Runs Through It“. Hilarious!
The rubbered cases hold up to 6 tampons or 3 pads and measure 6″ x 3.75″ x .5″. At a mere 9 bucks, these tampon cases are perhaps the best gift a man can get for his PMS-suffering significant other. I can’t guarantee that she’ll take it well though – hence, apply with caution. Available at Testimo Boutique.

For some reason babies bloom like the flowers in spring time, and again here come the newborns. If you are like all the other mommies, you want your baby at your side all the time (I know my mom did). Thanks to the wonderful designers at Gucci, your baby can not only be right on your back or tummy but also sitting there in style.

Gucci’s Summer/Spring line is carrying the ultimate Gucci baby carrier with adjustable shoulder straps. The carrier is recommended for baby 3 to 9 months or up to 20 lbs. If you were anything like me and my siblings, that does not equate to 3-9 months, more like 3-9 weeks (what can I say, we were well-fed happy children, all over 10 lbs!!) The dimensions are 16 x 7.1 x 18.5 inches. You can either chose the beige/ebony GG fabric with dark brown leather trim or the black GG fabric with black leather trim. The carrier is gonna cost ya around $730, but for the price and possession of your life, you shouldn’t buy less than the best!

Earlier last week we commented on the Prada Charms we encountered in Paris. While there were tons, and I mean tons of different ones, from hearts to animals, this funny little Prada Robot Charm was the one was just standing out. I am not sure where Prada is going with the whole robot theme. Who cares, it’s a cute accessory to augment your existing hangbag nonetheless.
